There are many ways in which you can support us Franciscans and our work.

Stringless gifts: These gifts are used as we see fit. Such gifts are a great help to the provincial administration.

Mass intentions: The normal stipend for a Mass intention is $5. Masses are scheduled as soon as possible.

Lighting a candle at the National Shrine of St. Anthony here in Cincinnati is an act of prayer. Candles can be lit for you. The normal stipend for a candle is $5. Your intentions will be taken to The National Shrine of St. Anthony.

St. Anthony Bread is a frequent gift given specifically for our work with the poor.

Membership as a Breadwinner of St. Anthony: By enrolling someone as a Breadwinner you are aiding our Franciscan work among the poor and allowing the enrollee, living or deceased, to share in particular prayers and Masses.

Charitable Gift Annuity: These are gifts of cash, stock or some other security. In return for the gift, the Franciscans pay you a fixed annual amount of money for the remainder of your life. (Not available to residents of some States.)

Leave a Legacy: You can designate the Franciscans as a beneficiary in your will, life insurance, retirement plan, charitable remainder trust and other vehicles. (Our legal title is The Province of St. John the Baptist of the Order of Friars Minor.)

Giving Made Easy: You can donate to the Franciscans by credit card or by check (make checks payable to The Franciscans). You can donate stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and a variety of other assets.
